TypexAI Infrastructure Outage — Update

From August 13 to August 14, 2026, TypexAI’s servers, Bardo Web, and email services were completely offline for approximately 20 hours. The outage was caused by an emergency cooling failure at Namecheap’s largest data center, which affected our hosting.

We are currently working to gradually restore full TypexAI infrastructure following the incident. Some features may still be working incorrectly during this process — for example, payments or connections from certain countries. We’re actively working to resolve these issues.

We’re also evaluating an expansion of our infrastructure so that we’re no longer entirely dependent on a single hosting provider — this incident made clear that relying on one server carries real risk, and in this case it resulted in significant financial losses for us.
