Bardo to Launch Quick Translation for Notes

TypexAI is introducing a new Quick Translation feature in Bardo that enables users to translate note content instantly while typing. The experience is designed to feel natural and immediate, allowing multilingual writing workflows to happen directly inside the editor without interrupting focus.

In line with our privacy-first architecture, Quick Translation runs completely on-device. No internet connection is required, and no text is sent to external servers. This ensures that personal, academic, and professional notes remain fully private at every step.

The feature is built on principles similar to modern machine-translation systems, including approaches commonly associated with services such as Google Translate, but optimized for fast local execution inside Bardo. The result is low-latency translation performance without cloud dependency.

At launch, Quick Translation will support four languages: English, Russian, Hindi, and German. Additional language coverage is being evaluated as part of the broader Bardo 1.0 roadmap.
