Bardo Temporarily Unavailable on Google Play

On June 23, 2026, Bardo — Notes for People became temporarily unavailable on Google Play.

The app was removed from Google Play due to a Google Play developer identity verification issue related to the developer account. Google Play was unable to verify the current account owner information, which resulted in the temporary restriction of the developer profile and the removal of Bardo from distribution.

This issue is not related to the safety, privacy, or functionality of the Bardo app.

TypexAI considers this a verification mistake and has already submitted an appeal to Google Play. The appeal is currently under review, and we are working to restore the Bardo listing as soon as possible.

This temporary removal may cause financial and growth-related losses for TypexAI, as Bardo is currently unable to receive new Google Play downloads, subscriptions, purchases, reviews, or organic growth during the review period.

Users who already have Bardo installed on Android should still be able to use the app locally. However, as a precaution, we recommend exporting important notes, projects, and relationship graphs until the Google Play listing is restored.
