Introducing Bardo 1.2

Bardo 1.2 for Android is scheduled for release this month. This upcoming update introduces a refreshed user interface, enhanced custom theme creation, and a completely redesigned Marketplace. Alongside these new capabilities, our primary focus for this release has been refining features from previous updates, strengthening overall system security, and resolving numerous bugs.

Interface and Workspace Improvements

Users will be able to sort folders directly within the main menu for better organization. The Trash section will also receive upgraded management controls and an automatic deletion option. Furthermore, the underlying AI models are being replaced with newer, more capable versions to improve performance across the app.

Marketplace and Custom Widgets

The redesigned Bardo Marketplace will expand customization options. Users will be able to build their own custom widgets and publish them directly to the Marketplace for the community to use.

Upgraded Echo Sharing

Echo, our sound-based sharing technology, has been further improved for this release. It will support transferring entire notes in a single action. This covers all content types available in Bardo, including text, photos, presentations, drawings, and embedded voice recordings.

Bardo Web and Windows Ecosystem

An update is also coming to Bardo Web. We are integrating the Bardo Marketplace into the web platform while removing the Bardo Plus purchase option there, ensuring that Bardo Plus remains exclusive to the Android version. Following the rollout of the Android and Web updates, the Marketplace will also be released for Bardo Windows.
